摘要
基于对绿色技术进步从制造技术向生产前沿面靠近、技术应用效率提升与促进产业结构优化三个层面驱动制造业国际竞争力提升的理论分析,运用2003-2016年全国29个制造业行业面板数据对绿色技术进步促进制造业国际竞争力提升进行了实证检验。结果显示,绿色技术进步对制造业国际竞争力提升的驱动作用呈U型曲线特征,短期呈负向作用,长期则呈正向促进作用;绿色技术进步对清洁行业国际竞争力提升的作用程度显著高于污染密集型行业。为此,要从鼓励研发与知识生产、提高诱致型技术创新比例、推动产业结构优化等方面建构绿色技术进步驱动制造业国际竞争力提升的长效机制。
Based on analyzing to the driving mechanism of green technological progress on the improvement of international competitiveness of manufacturing industry from three aspects:approaching the production front,improving the efficiency of technology application and optimizing the industrial structure,we test the extent to green technology progress affects the improvement of the international competitiveness of the manufacturing industry using the data of 29 manufacturing industries in China from 2003 to 2016.The results show that the driving effect of green technology progress on the international competitiveness of manufacturing industry is U-shaped curve,which will restrain the international competitiveness of manufacturing industry in the short term,and promote it in the long term.The driving effect on clean industry is more significant than that on pollution-intensive industry.Therefore,we should construct a long-term mechanism to promote the international competitiveness of manufacturing industry by encouraging R&D and knowledge production,increasing the proportion of induced technological innovation and optimizing industrial structure.
