摘要
针对现阶段西铭矿43104回风巷道软岩巷道变形大、支护困难的问题,通过分析得到软岩巷道具有初期变形大、变形速率快、持续时间长等特点,然后通过现场实测得出了软岩巷道变形经历应力释放阶段、耦合流变阶段、缓慢流变阶段三个阶段,最后通过理论分析和工程经验确定了43104回风软岩巷道采用“U形钢架棚+注浆锚索+喷浆”的联合支护方式,取得了良好的应用效果。
Aiming at the problems of large deformation and difficult support of soft rock roadway in 43104 return air tunnel of Ximing Mine at present.Through analysis,it is found that soft rock roadway has the characteristics of large initial deformation,fast deformation rate and long duration.Then,through field measurement,the deformation of soft rock roadway undergoes three stages:stress release stage,coupled rheological stage and slow rheological stage.Finally,through theoretical analysis and engineering experience,it is determined that 43104 return air soft rock roadway adopts U-shaped steel shelf+grouting anchor cable+grouting.The combined support method has achieved good application results.
