摘要
深部软煤层回采巷道的变形失稳,一直是威胁深部回采作业的重要问题之一,对煤矿产业的长久发展影响显著。结合具体工程实际,在分析巷道变形失稳原因的基础上,提出针对性的巷道支护工艺,并对其实际应用效果予以检验。其结果表明"围岩注浆+注浆锚索"的联合支护技术对提升围岩稳定性效果良好,是保障井下生产作业安全的有效手段。
The deformation and instability of the deep backstoping roadway with soft coal seam has always been one of the important problems threatening the deep mining operation, exerting a significant impact on the long-term development of the coal mine industry. Combining with specific engineering practice, on the basis of the analysis of the causes of the deformation and instability of the roadway, this paper put forward the targeted roadway support technology and tested the practical application effect. The results showed that the combined support technology of "surrounding rock grouting+grouting anchorage cable" had good effect on improving the stability of surrounding rock and was an effective means to ensure the safety of underground production.
