摘要
目的探讨氟比洛芬酯、氯诺昔康和曲马多用于妇科腔镜手术后镇痛效果。方法以2017年4月~2019年4月80例行妇科腔镜手术的患者为对象,患者采用不同的麻醉药物进行镇痛,其中A组使用氟比洛芬酯(n=27),B组使用氯诺昔康(n=27),C组使用曲马多(n=26),对比三组的疼痛评分情况、苏醒时间及不良反应发生率。结果三组患者苏醒时间无显著差异(P>0.05);A组与B组的疼痛评分比较无显著差异(P>0.05);A组、B组的疼痛评分与C组比较,显著降低(P<0.05);C组不良反应发生率与A组及B组比较,明显增加(P<0.05)。结论针对行妇科腔镜手术患者,采用氟比洛芬酯及氯诺昔康进行麻醉能缓解患者疼痛情况,且不良反应少;曲马多镇痛效果良好,但易引发不良反应。
Objective To investigate the analgesic effect of flurbiprofen axetil,lornoxicam and tramadol after gynecological endoscopic surgery. Methods 80 patients undergoing gynecological laparoscopic surgery in our hospital were selected for the period from April 2007 to April 2019. The patients were given different anesthetics for analgesia,including flurbiprofen ester( n = 27),lornoxicam( n = 27) and tramadol( n = 26) in group A,B and C,respectively. Score,recovery time and incidence of adverse reactions. Results There was no significant difference in recovery time between the three groups( P > 0.05);there was no significant difference in pain score between group A and group B( P > 0.05);pain score of group A and group B was significantly lower than that of group C( P < 0.05);and the incidence of adverse reactions of group C was significantly higher than that of group A and group B( P < 0.05). Conclusion Anesthesia with flurbiprofen axetil and lornoxicam can alleviate pain in patients undergoing gynecological endoscopic surgery,with fewer adverse reactions. Tramadol has good analgesic effect,but it is easy to cause adverse reactions.
