摘要
目的 调查昆明地区儿童意外伤害的相关因素,提出针对性预防措施,降低意外伤害的发生率。方法 利用已建立的三级妇幼保健服务网络系统,统计2017年01月~2018年01月昆明地区发生的儿童意外伤害病例3086例,分析其临床资料、发病特点、影响因素及危险因素。结果 经统计分析,2017年01月至2018年01月年昆明地区儿童意外伤害的主要发生类型是摔碰伤,发生的主要地点是家中;意外伤害发生的影响因素和危险因素是性别、年龄、家庭文化程度、安全教育(P < 0.05 )。结论 儿童意外伤并非都是不可预料,无法避免的,应针对存在高危因素者密切关注,积极预防,以减少意外伤害的发生。
Objective To investigate the correlation factor of unintentional injuries among children in Kunming area in order to find the preventive measures,and reduce the incidence of unintentional injuries. Methods 3086 children with unintentional injuries in Kunming area during January 2017 to January 2018 were chosen using maternal and child health care network system ,then the clinical data , disease characteristics,influencing factors and risk factors were retrospectively analyzed. Results During 2017 to 2018, bump injuries was the main type of unintentional injuries among children in Kunming area and home was the main place of occurrence, gender, age, family harmony, family education and safety education were the influencing factors and risk factors of accidental injuries(P < 0.05). Conclusion Unintentional injuries among children are not unpredictable and unavoidable.We should pay close attention and seek for prevention for the high-risk group to reduce the incidence of children accidents.
