摘要
针对链式冷床铸铁衬板使用成本高、采购周期长的现状,以180mm×180mm小方坯作为原料,利用产线现有的Φ650mm三辊轧机,采用“以轧代铸”的方式,轧制了链式冷床用热轧衬板钢。在孔型设计过程中采用ABAQUS有限元分析软件模拟了各道次热轧过程,验证了孔型填充情况和轧件运行状态,校核了轧制力,首次试轧就得到了成品衬板钢。并且衬板钢安装到链式冷床上后,运行状况良好,有效降低了备件消耗。
In view of the high cost and long purchasing period of cast iron liner for chain cold bed,the hot rolled liner steel for chain cold bed was rolled by taking 180 mm×180 mm billet as raw material and using existingΦ650 mm three-roll mill,and adopting the"rolling replacing casting"technology.In the process of pass design,ABAQUS finite element analysis software is used to simulate the hot rolling process of each pass,verify the filling of pass and running state of rolled piece,check the rolling force.And the finished liner steel is obtained in the first trial rolling.After the lining plate steel is installed on the chain cooling bed,it runs well and reduces the spare parts consumption effectively.
