摘要
目的探讨生活环境应激对地方高校医学本科生共情能力的影响。方法于2018年10-11月对1155名地方高校医学本科生应用杰弗逊共情量表学生版(JSPE-S)、学生生活应激问卷(SLSI)、家庭关怀度指数(APGAR)和自制调查问卷进行调查。结果医学本科生共情总分为(97.36±7.17)分。单因素分析显示,不同年级(F=4.795,P=0.001)、挫折应激源(F=207.570,P<0.001)、冲突应激源(F=52.997,P<0.001)、压力应激源(F=64.366,P<0.001)、变化应激源(F=70.383,P<0.001)、自我强加应激源(F=40.358,P<0.001)、家庭功能(F=21.494,P<0.001)和经济紧张(t=4.068,P<0.001)等因素与共情总分有关。Logistic回归分析显示,医学本科生共情能力与挫折应激源、冲突应激源、压力应激源和家庭功能有关。结论生活环境应激是地方高校医学本科生共情能力低的主要因素。
Objective To investigate whether living environment stress will affect empathy ability of undergraduate medical students in local colleges.Methods The stress status of 1 155 undergraduate medical students in local colleges were evaluated using the student version of Jefferson Scale of Physician Empathy(JSPE-S),Student-Life Stress Inventory(SLSI),family APGAR index and a self-designed questionnaire from October to November 2018.Results The total score of empathy ability among undergraduate medical students in local colleges was(97.36±7.17).Univariate analysis showed that the determinants of empathy ability among undergraduate medical students in local colleges included grade(F=4.795,P=0.001),frustration stressors(F=207.570,P<0.001),conflict stressors(F=52.997,P<0.001),pressure stressors(F=64.366,P<0.001),change stressors(F=70.383,P<0.001),self-imposed stressors(F=40.358,P<0.001),family function(F=21.494,P<0.001),economic stress(t=4.068,P<0.001).Multivariate analysis revealed that frustration stressors,conflict stressors,pressure stressors and family function were associated with empathy ability among the four-year or five-year undergraduate medical students in local colleges.Conclusion Living environment stress is the major impact factor of empathy ability among undergraduate medical students in local colleges.
