摘要
以16年生‘美早’甜樱桃为试验材料,在树盘铺设不同反光膜(透湿性反光膜和银色反光膜),以不铺膜为对照,通过测定叶片净光合速率、反射光光强和辐射照度、果皮颜色、可滴定酸、可溶性固形物和花青苷含量,以研究铺设反光膜对日光温室甜樱桃果实品质的影响。结果显示,与对照相比,铺设透湿性反光膜和银色反光膜显著改善了树冠光照环境,离地120cm处的反射光光强分别是对照的6.2和2.9倍;应用透湿性反光膜和银色反光膜的甜樱桃叶片净光合速率均高于对照,其中铺设透湿性反光膜差异显著;反光膜处理下果皮着色显著好于对照,表现为果实色度值和色调角度更小,果实花青苷含量和可溶性固形物含量显著高于对照;而可滴定酸含量、维生素C含量、pH和单果重等无明显差异。综上,铺设反光膜有助于提升日光温室甜樱桃果实品质。
In solar greenhouse,vapor-permeable and silver reflective films were mulched on 16-year-old sweet cherry(Prunus avium cv.‘Tieton’)trees,using trees without reflective film as control.Leaf net photosynthetic rate,reflected light intensity,light quality in the middle and lower canopy,fruit mass,fruit color as well as anthocyanin,titratable acid,total soluble solids,vitamin C and pH in sweet cherry fruit were analyzed.Mulch with vapor-permeable and silver reflective films significantly improved the light conditions and the light intensities,measured perpendicularly at 1.2 m height,were 6.2 and 2.9 times of the control,respectively.Compared with the control and silver reflective film,vapor-permeable reflective film improved the net photosynthetic rate significantly.The fruit chroma value and the chroma angle mulched by reflective film were smaller,and the anthocyanin content was higher than that in control.Mulch with vapor-permeable reflective film significantly increased the soluble solid content,which was 1.1-1.3 percent higher than that of the silver reflective film,and 1.5-1.7 percent higher than that in control,but titratable acid content,fruit mass,pH and vitamin C was not significantly different.In conclusion,mulching reflective film could improve fruit quality of sweet cherry in solar greenhouse.
