摘要
现代医学的理念是以患者为中心,对所有患者一视同仁,在对患者的治疗中实施积极的人文关怀对于调谐医患关系具有重要的意义和价值.实践中,医院既要注重聘请学历高、医术精湛的医生,更应当考察医生的人文关怀能力;既要注重建设医院的硬件设施,精神上的"软件设施"建设也要跟上来,这样才能调谐出健康、积极、和谐的医患关系,让医患矛盾有所缓解.
Under the patient-centered modern medicine,the patients will be treated equally. It has important theoretic and practice meaning to implement positive humanistic care in the treatment of patients for the physician-patient relationship. In practice of modern hospital,we should not only focus on hiring doctors with high academic credentials and rich medical experience,but also focus on the quality to care for others. We should not only pay attention to improve the hardware of hospitals, but also the spiritual software to construct a healthy,positive and harmonious physician-patient relationship and ease the contradictions between patients and doctors disturbing the contemporary society.
