摘要
枫桥派出所灵活运用"枫桥经验"精神创新社区警务工作,形成了"枫桥式"社区警务。其发展以社会治安综合治理与社区警务的理念为理论基础,其警务运行模式最大程度体现了社区民警专职化、警务信息化和充分依靠群众等特点,是枫桥治安防控体系建设的重要环节。"枫桥式"社区警务是公安机关坚持和发展"枫桥经验"的必然结果,是公安群众工作实践的成功范例和典型样板,对各地社区警务工作具有重要的借鉴价值。
Fengqiao Police Station’s flexible use of "Fengqiao experiences" to innovate community police services gave birth to "Fengqiao model" of community police services, whose development is based on comprehensive treatment of social public security and community policing concepts, and whose operation model, to maximum extent, reflects full-time community police, information-based police service and full reliance on the masses. The public security organs’ persistence in developing "Fengqiao experiences" inevitably contributes to "Fengqiao model" of community police services, representing successful example and typical sample of public security work practice as well as reference values for the police services in different communities.
