摘要
在理工科院校,大学物理是每一个工科院系必修的重要基础课之一。但由于学生生源层次千差万别,难以运用传统的教学模式,所以,亟待一种新的教学模式引入到工科大学物理课堂。分层次教学是教师根据学生的个体差异施行的教学模式。而在这种教学模式下实行隐性分层,既可以面向全体,因材施教,最大程度地激发不同层次学生的学习潜能,又可以避免学生的自尊心、自信心受到伤害,最终达到优化教学效果的目的。
In science and engineering colleges,college physics is one of the compulsory basic courses for every engineering department.However,due to the different levels of students,it is difficult to apply the traditional teaching model.It is important to introduce a new teaching model into the engineering college physics.Hierarchical teaching is a teaching mode implemented by teachers according to individual differences of students.In this mode,the implementation of hidden stratification can fully protect the self-esteem and self-confidence of students,facing the whole and teach them in accordance of their aptitude,and stimulate their learning potential at different levels to the greatest extent in order to achieve the purpose of improving the teaching effect.
