摘要
社会在发展的过程中面临着严峻的污染和资源危机,实施可持续发展,已经成为当前经济建设和社会发展的核心和基本原则。包括城市规划建设在内的各个产业发展,都必须遵循这一原则,以实现稳定、健康、持续的发展。城市作为某地区的经济文化中心,在对其进行规划的同时,也必须要紧紧围绕低碳这一核心,以促进其可持续发展为目标。
In the process of social development,faced with severe pollution and resource crisis,the implementation of sustainable development has become the core and basic principle of current economic construction and social development.All industries including urban planning and construction must follow this principle in order to achieve stable,healthy and sustainable development.Being the economic and cultural center of a certain region,the city must also focus on the low-carbon in its planning to promote its sustainable development.
