摘要 随着城市建设进程的不断加快,随而来的资源短缺及气候升温情况也对城市建设产生一定影响。低碳城市的建设能缓解气候升温及资源紧缺压力,对城市、国家甚至世界的可持续发展有益。故分析了低碳城市建设规划中存在的重难点,并在此基础上有针对性的提出几点建议,希望能对我国低碳城市的建设与规划有所帮助。 With the accelerating process of urban construction, shortage of resources and the consequent climate warming situation of urban construction had an impact.Low-carbon urban construction can alleviate the pressure of climate warming and the scarcity of resources, for cities, countries and even beneficial to important difficulties of low-carbon urban construction planning urban construction and planning help on this basis. the sustainable development of the world.The article first analyzes the exists, and targeted some suggestions, hoping to China low-carbon
