摘要
针对河钢宣钢二钢轧厂150t炉区折罐区域除尘能力不足的问题,对现有除尘系统进行了优化改造。通过对作业区域内集尘罩进行改造、新增1套风量为50×10^4Nm^3/h的除尘系统、封堵折罐区部分厂房及通风亭、在倾翻机外侧加装密封罩等措施,现场作业区域环境得到大大改善,折罐间烟尘排放限值达到目标要求,推动了河钢宣钢的清洁生产。
In view of the insufficient dust removal capacity in the 150 t furnace folding tank of HBIS Xuansteel No.2 Rolling mill,the existing dust removal system is optimized.Through the transformation of the dust collector hood in the work area,a new dust removal system with a capacity of 50×10^4Nm^3/h,sealing part of the plant in the folding tank area and ventilation pavilions,and sealing hood on the outside of the tilting machine are added.The working environment has been greatly improved,and the folding tank room gas emission limit has been reached the target requirement,which promoted the clean production of HBIS Xuansteel.
