摘要
为解决特殊环境下传统钢筋混凝土梁易锈蚀的问题,提出一种不锈钢钢筋混凝土梁。进行不锈钢钢筋基本力学性能试验研究;设计、制作普通钢筋及不锈钢钢筋混凝土梁,通过普通钢筋混凝土试件与不锈钢钢筋混凝土试件进行加载试验,对比其承载力、刚度及延性。通过该项目研究工作的开展可得:304不锈钢基本力学性能优于普通钢筋,延性有较大提高;进一步明晰了不锈钢钢筋混凝土梁受弯性能。
In order to solve the problem of corrosion of traditional reinforced concrete beams in special environment,a stainless steel reinforced concrete beam is proposed.The basic mechanical properties of stainless steel bars were tested.The ordinary steel bars and stainless steel reinforced concrete beams were designed and fabricated.The normal reinforced concrete specimens and stainless steel reinforced concrete specimens were loaded and tested to compare their bearing capacity,stiffness and ductility.Through the research work of this project,the basic mechanical properties of 304 stainless steel are better than ordinary steel bars,and the ductility is greatly improved,the bending performance of stainless steel reinforced concrete beams is further clarified.
