摘要
对6根配置500MPa级不锈钢钢筋的混凝土简支梁和2根配置500MPa级普通热轧带肋钢筋的混凝土简支梁进行了两点集中加载的受弯承载力试验研究,分析了混凝土强度、纵筋配筋率等对不锈钢钢筋混凝土梁的影响。研究结果表明,试件均为适筋受弯破坏,其荷载-位移曲线呈三折线;配筋率相同时,不锈钢钢筋混凝土梁承载力不低于普通钢筋混凝土梁;按《混凝土结构设计规范》(GB 50010—2010)规定计算的试件受弯承载力与其试验值之比平均为0.68,具有较高的安全储备。
The flexural capacities of 6 simple reinforced concrete beams with grade 500 MPa stainless steel bars and2 simple reinforced concrete beams with grade 500 MPa hot rolled ribbed bars are experimentally investigated by two-point loading,and the effects of concrete strength and longitudinal reinforcement ratio on reinforced concrete beams with stainless steel bars are analyzed. Compared with normal reinforced concrete beams,the results indicate that all specimens are subjected to properly reinforced bending failure and the load-displacement curves are three fold lines; the reinforced concrete beams with stainless steel bars have greater flexural capacity and the deformation is at least the same; the average ratio of flexural capacity value calculated in accordance with Code for design of concrete structures(GB 50010-2010) to measured value is 0. 68,which results in a higher safety degree.
