摘要
针对目前多数煤矿井下排水系统存在自动化程度低、系统控制方式落后、耗电量大的缺点,提出了一种新的煤矿井下自动排水系统,可实现对井下排水设备的自动化控制,并根据煤矿生产运行情况设计了“避峰就谷”的排水方案,对各排水装置的工作时间进行优化。该系统的应用,大大降低了排水电耗,提升了煤炭生产企业的经济效益。
In view of the shortcomings of most underground coal mine drainage systems,such as low automation,backward system control mode and large power consumption,a new automatic drainage system of underground coal mine is proposed.The automatic control for underground drainage devices is realized.Based on the production and operation of coal mine,a drainage scheme of“operating on valleys to avoid peaks”is designed to optimize the operation time of each drainage device.After the application of this system,the drainage power consumption is greatly reduced and the economic benefit of coal production enterprise is improved.
