摘要
设计了基于ARM和Win CE的井下排水控制系统,利用水仓水位、用电的避峰填谷等科学因素来调度排水泵的运行时间,当井下排水泵出现故障时,系统可以自动切换至备用水泵,还可以实现管路的自动选择,以实现水泵的自动化监测与控制。大量使用数据表明,该井下排水控制系统不仅仅具备较高的自动化程度,在运行过程中既稳定又可靠;在实际应用中,多台水泵同时运行可以帮助煤矿企业实行无人值守,降低煤矿工人的工作强度,提高矿井的生产效率,降低能源消耗。
Underground drainage control system is based on ARM and Win CE,which adjusts the operation time of water drainage pump according to scientific factors such as water level of the sump,the electricity peak avoiding and valley filling,when drainage pump failure,the system can automatically switch to the standby pump,and conduct pipe line automatic selection,realizing automatic monitoring and control of pump.A large number of application data shows that the underground drainage control system is highly automated,the operation process is stable and reliable.In practical application,simultaneous operation of multiple pumps can help coal enterprises to implement unattended operation,bring down the intensity of coal mine workers,improve mine production efficiency and safety level,and reduce the energy consumption.
