摘要
天然的间苯三酚类化合物来源广泛、结构新颖,具有多种药理活性,是目前天然药物化学的研究热点之一。本文对近十年发现的天然间苯三酚类化合物的化学结构和药理活性的研究进展做了调研和综述,以期对该类化合物进一步的研究提供参考。
Natural phloroglucinols have a wide range of sources,novel structures and a variety of pharmacological activities,and are one of the research hotspots of natural medicinal chemistry.In this paper,the research progress on the chemical structures and pharmacological activities of natural phloroglucinol compounds discovered in the past decade have been investigated,which may provide reference for further research on this find of compounds.
