摘要
目的:探讨快速康复护理在脊柱侧凸患者术后预后及并发症的影响.方法:选取我院2016年9月-2018年9月收治的脊柱侧凸患者,经纳入与排除后有100例患者参与本次研究.计算机随机分成对照组与观察组,每组50例.对照组术后接受常规护理干预,观察组患者接受快速康复护理.比较2组患者术后伤口疼痛、心理情况、一般指标、Oswestry功能障碍指数、并发症.结果:护理前2组患者VAS差异比较无统计学意义(P>0.05).护理后2组患者VAS评分低于护理前,其中观察组患者术后1天、术后3天、术后5天、术后7天的VAS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05).护理前2组患者SDS、SAS评分差异比较无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后2组患者SDS、SAS评分较护理前降低,其中观察组患者SDS、SAS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05).观察组患者呼吸机使用时间、住院时间、下床时间短于对照组(P<0.05).2组患者术前ODI指数比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),术后2组患者ODI指数较术前显著降低(P<0.05),其中观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05).观察组患者并发症(胃肠道功能紊乱、感染)发生率低于对照组,差异比较无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:快速康复护理能显著提高脊柱侧凸患者术后康复质量,减少并发症及疼痛,可推荐使用.
Objective:To investigate the effect of postoperative fast track surgery nursing on prognosis and complications in patients with scoliosis.Methods:Patients with scoliosis admitted to our hospital from September 2016 to September 1818 were enrolled.After enrollment and exclusion,100 patients were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention and the observation group received postoperative fast track surgery nursing.Then the postoperative wound pain,psychological status,general indicators,Oswestry dysfunction index (ODI),and complications were compared between the two groups.Results:VAS scores had no significant difference between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05),which were decreased in both groups after treatm ent,and were lower in the observation group than in the control group at the postoperative 1s,3d,5d and 7d (P<0.05).SDS and SAS scores had no significant difference between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05),which were decreased in both groups after treatm ent,and were lower in the observation group than in the control group (P<0.05).The ventilator use tim e,hospitalization tim e,and bedtime were shorter in the observation group than in the control group (P<0.05).ODI indexes had no significant difference between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05),which were decreased in both groups after treatm ent,and were lower in the observation group than in the control group (P<0.05).The incidence of complications (gastrointestinal dysfunction,infection) in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05).Conclusion:The application of the postoperative fast track surgery nursing can improve the quality of postoperative rehabilitation and reduce complications and pain in patients with scoliosis.
