摘要
目的探讨快速康复外科(FTS)理念联合手术室优质护理对外科手术患者术后感染及预后生活质量的影响。方法采用随机数表法将172例外科手术患者均分为2组,对照组采用手术室优质护理,观察组在此基础上实施FTS理念,对比2组手术一般情况、手术部位感染情况、并发症以及预后生活质量。结果观察组患者停止输液、麻醉清醒、首次排气及住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组手术部位感染发生率2.33%(2/86),低于对照组的10.47%(9/86)(P<0.05);护理前,2组患者生活质量(生理功能、精神状态、社会功能、情感活动)评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后,2组患者生理功能、精神状态、社会功能、情感活动评分均高于护理前,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后并发症发生率5.81%(5/86),低于对照组的15.12%(13/86)(P<0.05)。结论将FTS理念联合手术室优质护理应用于外科手术患者中,有利于降低术后感染发生率,缩短治疗时间,减少并发症,促进切口快速愈合,利于预后。
Objective To study the effect of fast track surgery( FTS) combined with quality care in operating room on postoperative infection and quality of life of prognosis. Methods A total of172 patients with surgical treatment were divided into two groups according to random number table method. The patients in the control group were given quality care in the operating room,and the patients in the observation group underwent FTS based on high quality care in the operating room. The general situation,surgical site infection,complications and prognostic quality of life were compared.Results The patients in the observation group had shorter infusion quitting time,awake time after anesthesia,the first time to exhaust and hospitalization time than the control group( P < 0. 05). The incidence of surgical site infection was 2. 33%( 2/86) in the observation group,which was lower than10. 47%( 9/86) in the control group( P < 0. 05). There was no significant difference in the quality of life( physiological function,mental state,social function and affective activity) between the two groups before treatment( P > 0. 05). The scores of physical function,mental state,social function and affective activity of the two groups were higher than nursing before,and the study group was higher than the control group( P < 0. 05). The incidence of postoperative complications was 5. 81%( 5/86) in the observation group,which was lower compared to 15. 12%( 13/86) in the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion FTS surgical concept combined with operating room quality care can reduce the occurrence of postoperative infection,shorten treatment time,reduce complications,promote incision rapid healing and prognosis,so it is worth promoting.
