摘要
阐述了《公共建筑节能改造技术规范》中节能改造效果检测与评估方法。节能改造在缺少改造前的能耗、天气、运行负荷、运行时间等数据情况下,很难用《公共建筑节能改造技术规范》和IPMVP中的方法计算出节能量。然而在实际的节能改造工程中,会经常遇到缺少历史数据或者历史数据不完整的情况。提出了一种改进的节能改造节能量计算方法,解决了在缺少历史数据或历史数据不完整情况下无法准确计算节能量的问题。结合上海某酒店生活热水系统改造的实测数据,验证了此方法的合理性。
Measurements and verification on energy savings of Technical Code for the Public Building on Energy Efficiency are described.It is difficult to calculate the energy saving using the method in Technical Code for the Public Building on Energy Efficiency and IMPVP,when it lacks energy consumption,the weather,operating load,running time and other data before the retrofit.However,in actual retrofitting projects,there are often cases where historical data is missing or historical data is incomplete.An improved method of energy saving calculation is presented,solving the problem that the energy savings can not be accurately calculated in the absence of historical data,or historical data is incomplete.The rationality of this method is verified,combining with the measured data of a hotel domestic hot water system in Shanghai.
