摘要
对中央空调的在线节能控制,能够有效提高公共建筑中央空调系统的管理水平。对中央空调的在线节能控制,需要获取多空调机组优化组合序列,求得空调运行能耗控制设定参数,完成中央空调在线节能控制。传统方法计算空调系统不同时段水温度设定值,分时段调节空调系统能耗,但忽略了对空调运行过程能耗设定参数的求取,导致控制精度偏低。提出基于优化控制策略的公共建筑中央空调在线节能控制方法。设计了中央空调节能控制控制器,对下一天内的室外温度预测值,根据空调能耗与温度变化关系构建空调能耗模型。通过模糊聚类机制产生多空调机组优化组合序列,将其作为能耗控制设定参数,达到对空调在线运行节能控制的控制目的。实验结果表明,所提方法冷负荷统计结果与实际结果拟合程度高、有效提高了空调系统节电率,能够达到最优节能目标。
The aim of this article is to overcome defect of traditional method of online energy-conservation control for central air conditioner in public building, such as poor control precision. Based on optimal control strategy, a new control method is proposed in this article. Firstly, controller of the energy-conservation control was designed and en- ergy consumption model of air conditioner was built for prediction value of outdoor temperature in next day according to relationship between energy consumption of air conditioner and temperature variation. Then, optimization combina- torial sequence of multiple air conditioners unit was generated via fuzzy clustering mechanism and was used as setup parameter of energy consumption control. Thus, the online energy-conservation control was achieved. Simulation re- sults show that the method has high fitting degree between statistical result of cooling load and actual result. It im- proves rate of power saving of air conditioner system effectively and achieves optimal energy conservation target.
