摘要
目的研究腹腔镜联合亮丙瑞林治疗子宫内膜异位症伴不孕的临床效果。方法将2017年1月-2018年2月我院收治的90例子宫内膜异位症患者根据治疗方法不同分为2组,各45例。对照组给予腹腔镜手术治疗,观察组给予腹腔镜联合亮丙瑞林治疗,观察2组临床疗效、性激素水平、复发率及妊娠率。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后2组LH、FSH均低于治疗前,且观察组降低更加显著(P<0.05);对照组治疗1年后复发率高于观察组,妊娠率低于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜联合亮丙瑞林治疗可有效改善子宫内膜异位症伴不孕患者的性激素水平,提高妊娠率,降低术后复发率,临床疗效显著。
Objective To study the clinical effect of laparoscope combined with leuprorelin in treatment of endometriosis with infertility. Methods The medical data of 90 patients with endometriosis in the hospital from January 2017 to February 2018 were retrospectively analyzed. All selected cases were divided into two groups by treatment methods, with 45 cases in each group. Control group underwent laparoscopic surgery, and observation group was given laparoscope combined with leuprorelin. The clinical efficacy, sex hormone level, recurrence rate and pregnancy rate in two groups were observed. Results Compared with control group, the total effective rate of observation group was higher(P<0.05). After treatment, the LH and FSH in two groups were lower than those before treatment, and observation group decreased more significantly(P<0.05). After treatment for one year, the recurrence rate of control group was higher than that of observation group, and the pregnancy rate of control group was lower than that of observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscope combined with leuprorelin in treatment of endometriosis with infertility can improve sex hormone level, increase pregnancy rate, decrease postoperative recurrence rate, and promote clinical efficacy.
