摘要
通过金相显微镜、扫描电镜和硬度等实验手段研究时效温度对Al-Li-Cu-Mg合金微观组织及其力学性能的影响,结果表明,合金中的强化相主要有δ′(Al2Li)相、T1(Al2CuLi)相和θ′(Al2Cu)相。在150℃时析出大量δ′相和少量T1相;随着时效温度的升高,在165℃以上主要为大量T1相,少量θ′相和δ′相。硬度分析表明,时效温度高于165℃时,T1相与δ′相对合金产生协同强化作用。
The effect of aging temperature on microstructure and mechanical properties of Al-Li-Cu-Mg alloy was studied by means of metallographic microscope,scanning electron microscope and hardness.The results show that,the main strengthening phases in the alloy are δ′(Al 2Li)phase,T 1(Al 2CuLi)phase and θ′(Al 2Cu)phase.A large amount of δ′ phase and a small amount of T 1 phase were precipitated at 150℃.With the increase of aging temperature,there are a large amount of T 1 phase,a small amount of θ′ phase and δ′ phase above 165℃.Hardness analysis shows that when aging temperature is higher than 165℃,T 1 phase and δ′ relative alloy have synergistic strengthening effect.
