玻璃体腔注射曲安奈德和雷珠单抗治疗渗出型老年性黄斑变性患眼的效果 被引量:3

摘要 目的比较采用玻璃体腔注射曲安奈德和雷珠单抗治疗渗出型老年性黄斑变性患眼的临床效果。方法选择2017年10月至2018年10月我院收治的渗出型老年性黄斑变性患者68例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为A组和B组,各34例。A组采用玻璃体腔注射曲安奈德治疗,B组采用玻璃体腔注射雷珠单抗治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组患者BCVA均显著升高,CFT、眼压均显著降低,且B组均优于A组(P<0.05)。B组的治疗总有效率显著高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论玻璃体腔注射雷珠单抗治疗渗出型老年性黄斑变性患眼的效果显著,可改善患者的视力,值得临床应用。 Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of intravitreal injection with triamcinolone and leizumab in the treatment of exudative senile macular degeneration. Methods Sixty-eight patients with exudative senile macular degeneration admitted in our hospital from October 2017 to October 2018 were selected as the study objects and divided into group A and group B by random number table method, with 34 cases in each group. The group A was treated with intravitreal injection with triamcinolone and the group B was treated with intravitreal injection with leizumab. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the BCVA of the two groups increased significantly, the CFT and intraocular pressure of the two groups decreased significantly, and those in the group B were better than the group A(P <0.05). The total effective rate of treatment in the group B was significantly higher than that in the group A(P<0.05).Conclusion Intravitreal injection with leizumab is effective in the treatment of exudative senile macular degeneration. It can improve the visual acuity of patients and is worthy of application in clinic.
