摘要
目的研究探讨中医护理干预对ERCP术后胰腺炎及高淀粉酶血症的影响。方法本实验于2017年3月-2018年2月在河南中医药大学第一附属医院进行,以此时段内收治的90例ERCP手术患者为研究对象,随机均分两组各45例,以常规护理为对照组,以中医护理干预为观察组,分析中医护理干预的价值所在,并对比两组的胰腺炎及高淀粉酶血症发生情况,以及患者的满意度。结果观察组满意度97.8%,较对照组88.8%高,观察组胰腺炎及高淀粉酶血症发生情况低于对照组,观察组满意度较对照组高,差异有统计学意义,两组比较,P<0.05。结论对于ERCP手术的患者,采取中医护理干预,可以增强患者的满意度,减少胰腺炎及高淀粉酶血症发生,提高生活质量,效果显著,值得在今后的护理中应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention on pancreatitis and hyperamylasemia after ERCP.Methods The experiment was conducted at the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2017 to February 2018.90 patients who underwent ERCP surgery were randomLy divided into two groups,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional nursing,and the observation group was treated with TCM nursing intervention.The value of TCM nursing intervention was analyzed.The incidence of pancreatitis and hyperamylasemia and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The satisfaction rate of the observation group (97.8%) was higher than that of the control group (88.8%),the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).The incidence of pancreatitis and hyperamylasemia in the observation group was lower than that in the control group.Conclusion Patients with ERCP surgery taking traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention can enhance patient satisfaction,reduce the incidence of pancreatitis and hyperamylasemia,improve the quality of life,and have significant effects,which is worthy of application.
