摘要
目的探讨中医护理干预联合集束化护理在救治急性重症胰腺炎患者中的效果。方法将84例急性重症胰腺炎患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各42例,对照组患者采用常规护理,观察组采用集束化护理和中医护理干预。结果观察组总有效率为90.48%,高于对照组总的73.81%(P<0.05);观察组患者住院费用及住院时间均明显少于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的护理满意度高于对照组患者的护理满意度,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理干预后,两组患者的实验室检查结果均得到改善,且观察组各指标恢复正常的时间显著少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中医护理干预联合集束化护理可以有效提高急性重症胰腺炎临床疗效,并节约医疗成本,提升患者满意度。
Objective： To discuss the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） nursing inter- vention combined cluster on patients with severe acute pancreatitis. Methods： 84 cases of acute severe pancre- atitis ,were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,42 cases in each. The control group received routine nursing ,while the observation group took the cluster nursing and nursing intervention of tradi- tional Chinese medicine. The curative effect of two groups, hospitalization expenses ,length of hospital stay and nursing satisfaction were summarized, and the results of laboratory tests were compared between the two groups. Results： The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group ;the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05 ）. Hospitalization expenses and length of hospital stay of the observation group were significantly less than those of the control group ;the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group;the difference was statisti- cally significant（P〈 0.05 ）. After nursing intervention,laboratory results of two groups were improved, and the time each index of the observation group returned to normal was significantly less than that of the control group （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion： TCM nursing intervention in combination with cluster of nursing can effectively improve the clinical curative effect of acute severe pancreatitis ,save health care costs ,and improve patient satisfaction ,worthy of clinical popularization and application.
