摘要
文章介绍了生物鱼毒性检测试验、水蚤毒性检测试验、藻类毒性检测试验、发光细菌急性毒性检测试验、遗传毒性检测试验等生物毒性检测技术的原理及其研究进展,比较了不同的生物毒性检测技术的优缺点,展望了生物毒性检测技术在饮用水健康安全评价中的应用前景。
This paper introduces the principle and research progress of biological toxicity detection techniques, such as biological fish toxicity test, water flea toxicity test, algae toxicity test, luminous bacteria acute toxicity test, genetic toxicity test and so on. The advantages and disadvantages of different biological toxicity detection techniques were compared, and the application prospect of biological toxicity detection technology in drinking water health and safety assessment was prospected.
