摘要
运用评价化学品对藻类毒性的标准试验法 ,研究了十二烷基苯磺酸钠 ( Linear AlkylBenzene Sulfonate) (缩写 LAS)对四种藻类的急性毒性 ,斜生栅藻 ( Scenedesmus obiliauus)、粉核小球藻 ( Chlorella pyrenoidosa)、羊角月牙藻 ( Selenastrum capricornutum)和水华鱼腥藻( Anabaena flos- aquae) ,它们的 96h Eb C50 分别是 :1 2 9.1 7mg/L,39.79mg/L,1 49.53mg/L,1 2 .92 mg/L.试验结果表明 ,LAS对于这 4种藻类都有明显的抑制作用 ,不同藻类对于 LAS的毒性作用的敏感性不同 .与 3种绿藻相比 ,水华鱼腥藻对于 LAS的毒性最为敏感 .
The toxicity test of Linear Alkyl Benzene Sulfonate (LAS) on four algea species, Scenedesmus obiliauus,Chlorella pyrenoidosa,Selenastrum capricornutum and Anabaena flos-aquae were carried out. The 96 h E bC 50 for them was 129.17mg/L, 39.79mg/L, 149.53mg/L and 12.92mg/L.The tests indicate that LAS inhibits the g rowth of the algae. Different algae speices have different sensitivity to LAS. C omparing with other three Scenedesmus, the blue-green algea , Anabaena flos-aq uae is the most sensitive.
