摘要
新时代大学生是要能积极履行"为人民服务,为中国共产党治国理政服务,为巩固和发展中国特色社会主义制度服务,为改革开放和社会主义现代化建设服务"职责的合格建设者和可靠接班人。充分履行"四为"使命要求新时代大学生具备高度的责任意识。但现实生活中诸多场域的负面因素不同程度地影响或者阻滞着新时代大学生责任意识的养成。高校应在梳理新时代大学生责任行为和实践状况基础上,深入分析影响大学生责任意识养成的重要因素,并从引导机制、环境机制、转化机制三个维度优化大学生责任意识的培养与实践进路。
College students in the new era are qualified builders and reliable successors who can actively fulfill their duties of"serving the people,serving the governance of the Communist Party of China,serving the consolidation and development of the socialist system with Chinese characteristics,and serving the reform and opening up policy and socialist modernization. Fully complementing the "four missions " requires college students in the new era to have a high sense of responsibility. Cultivating college students’ sense of responsibility is the primary task of cultivating morality in colleges and universities in the new era. However,many adverse factors in real life have affected or impeded the cultivation of college students’ sense of responsibility in different degrees. On sorting out the college students’ responsibility behaviors and actual situation,colleges and universities should deeply analyze the key factors that influence the cultivation of college students’ sense of responsibility,and optimize the cultivation path from three aspects of guiding mechanism,environmental mechanism and transformation mechanism.
