摘要
目的调查全科医学专业本科生职业认知情况,为全面构建全科医学教育培养体系提供理论依据和数据参考。方法采用自制调查问卷方式,调查某医科大学34名全科医学专业本科生,对其一般情况和职业认知情况进行调查。结果①关于社会对全科医生的需求量:94.1%学员选择增多(27/34)和急需(5/34),0人选择减少(0/34),2人选择不清楚(2/34);②关于就业前景预测:61.7%学员认为全科医学的就业前景良好(21/34),35.2%认为一般(12/34),0人选择较差(0/34),1人选择不清楚(1/34);③关于未来就业意向:选择继续从事全科医学专业仅占23.5%(8/34),35.2%选择进入临床其他学科专业(12/34),23.5%选择没想好(8/34),而其余的17.8%选择转行至营养、健康管理等医学相关专业(3/34)和非医学相关专业(1/34)及其他(2/34)。结论全科医学本科生对全科医学存在较高的社会需要这一发展趋势表示认同,但对就业前景的认知热度明显弱于社会对全科医生的需求量认知;与此相反,对未来继续选择从事全科医学专业的自我认知度很低。因此,全科医学本科生对职业认知有待于进一步提升。
Objective:To Investigate the occupational cognition of undergraduates majoring in general medicine and to provide theoretical basis and data reference for the comprehensive construction of general medicine education system.Methods:The self-made questionnaire was used to investigate 34 undergraduates in a medical university,who were majoring in general medicine.The investigation content included general information and occupational cognition status.Results:①On the society s demand of general practitioners:94.1%students viewed that the demand should be increased(27/34)and urgent needed(5/34),none though it should be reduced(0/34),and 2 students have unclear(2/34);②The opinion of employment prospects:61.7%of the undergraduates believed that the career prospects of general practice were good(21/34),35.2%thought it was commonly(12/34),none considered the prospect was poor(0/34),only one showed that he was unclear(1/34);③For regarding future employment intentions:only 23.5%(8/34)students chose continued to engage in general practice,35.2%(12/34)individuals chose to enter clinical specialties,23.5%(8/34)pupils showed that they were unclear and the remaining 17.8%chose to switch to nutrition-related,health management or other medical related majors(3/34),non-medical related occupations(1/34)and others(2/34).Conclusion:Undergraduates agreed with the trend of higher social needs for general practice,however,the cognition of employment prospect was weaker than the awareness of the society s demand for general practitioners;in contrast,the self-recognition of continuing to engage in general medicine was very low in the future.Therefore,the career cognition of general medical undergraduates needs to be further improved.
