摘要
全科医生作为社区卫生服务的供方主体,在基层医疗服务中发挥着不可忽视的作用。注重全科医生职业发展,建设全科医生的专业化幸福道路,使更多的优秀医务工作者愿意投身初级卫生保健事业,是我国政策的重要一环。本文以解读《关于建立全科医生制度的指导意见》为整体框架,从社区卫生与全科医生的立场出发,以"责任、能力与职业荣誉感"为主线,对目前全科医生制度在现实环境中落地推行的实施策略进行总结和梳理,并建议在"责任委任、能力胜任"的基础上,以个人职业荣誉感带动全科医生职业与行业的发展。
As the main part of community health service supplier,the general practitioners（ GPs）play an important role in grass root health service. More attention should be paid to the career development of GPs and a road of profession and happiness for GPs should be built,in order to attract more excellent doctors Willing to devote themselves to primary health care. It＆#39;s an important part of national policy. With the interpretation of ＆quot; Guidance for Establishing the System of General Practitioners＆quot; as the frameWork, from the stand of community health and GPs, and With ＆quot; responsibility, ability and professional sense of honor＆quot; as the main line,We made a revieW of the current implementation strategies of GPs system in real environment,and We suggest that general practitioners be given the responsibility first and then be inspired to improve their competency to better fulfill the responsibility,thus professional sense of honor Will arise and promote the development of general practice in China.
