摘要
介绍了高校继续教育的定位,其内容有符合社会的发展,服务于区域经济发展,结合本校的教育发展特色。提出高校继续教育的实践对策,如办学模式的创新,教学模式的创新,建设高校继续教育管理队伍和师资力量,为高校未来发展创新和社会人才培养作出更大贡献。
This paper introduces the orientation of continuing education in colleges and universities.Its content is in line with the development of society,serves the development of regional economy,and combines the characteristics of the school's educational development.It puts forward some practical countermeasures for continuing education in colleges and universities,such as the innovation of school-running mode,teaching mode,and the construction of the management team and teachers of continuing education in colleges and universities,so as to make greater contributions to the future development and innovation of colleges and universities and the training of social talents.
