摘要
高校通过继续教育体系培养创新与技能人才,对接区域产业需求,提供定制服务,加速成果转化,推动绿色发展,实现自我转型。对比分析了研究型大学、应用型大学与高等职业院校继续教育模式的特色,如研究型大学的产学研深度整合与国际化,应用型大学的校企深度合作与师资优化,高等职业院校的市场需求导向与技能人才培养,提出了非脱产学历改革、短期教育调整及校企协同等服务路径,旨在提升高校继续教育的针对性、实效性与灵活性,助力构建高质量教育体系与经济社会可持续发展。
Through the continuing education system,colleges and universities cultivate innovative and skilled talents,dock the regional industrial demand,provide customized services,accelerate the transformation of achievements,promote green development and realize self-transformation.The paper compares and analyzes the characteristics of continuing education modes of research universities,applied universities and higher vocational colleges,such as the deep integration of industry-university-research and internationalization of research universities,the deep cooperation between universities and enterprises and optimization of teachers of applied universities,and the market demand orientation and skilled talents cultivation of higher vocational colleges.The article also proposes service paths such as non-degree reform,short-term education adjustment and school-enterprise synergy,aiming to enhance the relevance,effectiveness and flexibility of continuing education in colleges and universities,and to help build a highquality education system and sustainable economic and social development.
