摘要
探讨抑郁症伴自杀行为患者实施综合护理的应用价值。选择2017年5月—2018年8月间我院收治的56例抑郁症伴自杀行为患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,各28例。两组均给予抗抑郁药物和镇静类药物治疗。对照组根据患者情况给予常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上增加综合护理,对比两组干预前后的自杀风险程度和变化,并比较两组自杀、自残等不良事件的发生率。干预后观察组QSA量表对自杀行为的认知(4.13±0.31分)、对自杀者的态度(4.03±0.76分)、对自杀者家人的态度(4.16±1.05分)和对安乐死的态度(3.37±0.72分)各维度评分均显著高于对照组(3.12±0.86分、3.24±1.12分、3.33±0.96分、2.24±0.67分),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组自杀、自残等不良事件发生率(3.57%)显著低于对照组(21.43%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。该类患者经过综合化护理干预,显著降低了自杀风险,自杀行为得到了有效控制。
To explore the application value of comprehensive nursing for depression patients with suicidal behavior.Fifty-six patients with depression and suicide were randomly divided into control group and observation group,28 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with antidepressants and sedatives.The control group was given routine nursing according to the patient′s condition,while the observation group was given comprehensive nursing on the basis of the control group.The suicide risk degree and change before and after intervention were compared between the two groups,and the incidence of suicide,self-mutilation and other adverse events were compared between the two groups.After intervention,the scores of QSA scale on suicidal behavior(4.13±0.31),attitude towards suicide(4.03±0.76),attitude towards family members(4.16±1.05)and attitude towards euthanasia(3.37±0.72)in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(3.12±0.86,3.24±1.12,3.33±0.96,2.24±0.67).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of suicide,self-mutilation and other adverse events in the observation group(3.57%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(21.43%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After comprehensive nursing intervention,patients significantly reduced the risk of suicide,suicide behavior has been effectively controlled.
