摘要
随着社会经济的快速发展,余姚市休闲农业蓬勃发展,其已经成为余姚市旅游业的三大支柱之一。凭借牟山镇风景秀丽的牟山湖和高速道口的交通优势,农家乐得到快速发展,但是一些农家乐没有合法办理建设用地手续,与耕地保护有着部分矛盾,在大棚房整治行动中受到了较大的影响。本文以余姚市牟山镇为例,从土地用途认定的角度,兼顾耕地保护和休闲农业发展,为休闲农业发展提供土地利用技术支撑。
With the rapid development of social economy,Yuyao leisure agriculture has developed vigorously,and has become one of the three pillars of tourism in Yuyao.Relying on the traffic advantages of at the highway entrance and the scenic Moushan Lake,Moushan Town develops the agritainment rapidly.However,the farmhouse has not gone through the legal formalities for construction land,which contradicts with the protection of cultivated land in part and has great impact on the shanty house renovation.Taking Moushan Town in Yuyao as an example,this paper considers both cultivated land protection and leisure agriculture development from the perspective of land use identification,and provides land use technology support for the development of leisure agriculture.
