摘要
目的对急性阑尾炎患者联合采用高低频彩超诊断的效果进行分析探讨。方法选择2017年9月—2018年9月期间在中国人民解放军联勤保障部队第九九0医院院进行治疗的急性阑尾炎患者中选取97例纳入本次研究,所有对象均经病理证实,且在术前均采用低频、高频彩超进行诊断,对照手术病理结果,分析高低频彩超的诊断情况。结果高频彩超和低频彩超诊断符合率分别为88.66%、56.70%,高低频彩超联合使用诊断符合率为97.94%,高频彩超和高低频彩超联合诊断符合率均高于低频彩超,且高频彩超和高低频彩超联合诊断符合率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同类型阑尾炎的阑尾壁厚、横径比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于急性阑尾炎患者,采用高低频彩超联合诊断的准确率优于单独采用高频或者低频的诊断准确率,值得推广运用。
Objective To analyze and discuss the effect of high and low frequency color Doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of acute appendicitis. Methods 97 patients with acute appendicitis treated in the hospital from September,2017 to September,2018 were selected and included in the study. All patients were confirmed by pathology,and were diagnosed by low-frequency and highfrequency color Doppler ultrasonography before operation. The diagnosis of high-frequency and low-frequency color Doppler ultraso nography was analyzed according to the results of operation and pathology. Results The diagnostic coincidence rates of high-frequency color Doppler ultrasound and low-frequency color Doppler ultrasound were 88.66% and 56.70%,respectively. The diagnostic coinci dence rates of high-frequency color Doppler ultrasound and high-frequency color Doppler ultrasound were 97.94%. The diagnostic co incidence rates of high-frequency color Doppler ultrasound and combination of high and low frequency color Doppler ultrasound were higher than those of low-frequency color Doppler ultrasound,and the coincidence rate of high frequency color Doppler ultrasonogra phy and high and low frequency color Doppler ultrasound combined diagnosis was also significantly different(P<0.05). There was sig nificant difference in appendix wall thickness and transverse diameter of different types of appendicitis(P<0.05). Conclusion For pa tients with acute appendicitis,the diagnostic accuracy of high-frequency and low-frequency color Doppler ultrasound is better than that of high-frequency or low-frequency ultrasound alone,and it is worth popularizing.
