摘要
建立高效液相色谱法同时测定咽炎片中木蝴蝶苷B、黄芩苷、肉桂酸和芦丁的含量。方法色谱柱为Welch Ultimate XB-C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,3μm),柱温30℃,采用梯度洗脱,以甲醇为流动相A,0.35%磷酸为流动相B,流速0.6 mL·min-1,检测波长280nm,进样量10μL。结果木蝴蝶苷B、黄芩苷、肉桂酸和芦丁进样浓度分别在2.39~71.64μg·mL-1、1.92~57.51μg·mL-1、0.52~15.66μg·mL-1、2.08~62.34μg·mL-1的范围内,与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r分别为0.9999、0.9998、0.9994、0.9999),平均回收率(n=6)分别为99.39%、98.98%、98.99%、99.22%。结论该方法简便,准确,重复性好,可作为评价咽炎片的质控方法。
To establish a HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of oroxin B,baicalin,cinnamic acid and rutin in Yanyan Tablets.Methods: The column was Welch Ultimate XB-C18 (250 mm × 4.6 mm,3 μm) and the column temperature was30 ℃.Gradient elution was carried out with methanol as the mobile phase A and 0.35% phosphoric acid as the mobile phase B at a flow rate of 0.6 mL·min -1 .The detection wavelength was280 nm and the injection amount was10 μL.The concentrations of trifoliate B,baicalin,cinnamic acid,and rutin were within the range of2.39~71.64 μg· mL -1 ,1.92~57.51 μg·mL -1 ,0.52~15.66 μg ·mL -1 ,2.08~62.34 μg·mL -1 ,showing a good linear relationship with the peak area (r = 0.9999,0.9998, 0.9994 ,0.9999),and the average recovery (n=6) was 99.39%,98.98%,98.99%,99.22%,respectively.This method is simple,accurate and reproducible and can be used as a quality control method for evaluating Yanyan Tablets.
