高效液相色谱法测定平喘合剂中芍药苷和黄芩苷

摘要 建立高效液相色谱法同时测定平喘合剂中芍药苷、黄芩苷含量。以Agilent ZORBAX-C_(18)色谱柱(250mm×4.6 mm,5μm)为分析柱,以乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液为流动相,梯度洗脱,流速为1.0 mL/min,柱温为25℃,芍药苷、黄芩苷的检测波长分别为232、278 nm。芍药苷、黄芩苷的质量浓度分别在1.180~5.900、9.450~47.250μg/mL范围内与其色谱峰面积线性关系良好,相关系数均大于0.999。样品平均回收率分别为99.83%、102.31%,测定结果的相对标准偏差分别为2.07%、1.29%(n=6)。该方法简便、准确度高、专属性好,可用于平喘合剂的质量控制。 A high performance liquid chromatography method was established for the simultaneous determination of paeoniflorin and baicalin contents in Pingchuan Heji.The analysis was carried out on Agilent ZORBAX-C_(18)column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)with mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile-0.1%aqueous solution for gradient elution.The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,the column temperature was 25℃and the detection wavelengths were 232 and 278 nm,respectively..The mass concentrations of paeoniflorin and baicalin had good linear relationships with their chromatographic peak areas in the ranges of 1.180-5.900μg/mL and 9.450-47.250μg/mL,respectively.The correlation coefficient was all greater than 0.999.The average recoveries were 99.83%,102.31%,and the relative standard deviations value were 2.07%,1.29%(n=6).The method is simple,accurate and good specificity,and can be used for the quality control of Pingchuan Heji.
