摘要
目的探讨瑞舒伐他汀对老年冠心病患者血液流变学及凝血功能的影响。方法选取大竹县人民医院2016年1月至2017年10月间收治的老年冠心病患者102例为研究对象,根据患者入院治疗的时间先后顺序将102例患者分为对照组和观察组,每组各51例,对照组患者采用常规治疗方式治疗,观察组则在对照组的基础上加用瑞舒伐他汀治疗,观察并对比两组患者治疗后的血液流变学、凝血功能及不良反应情况。结果两组患者治疗后活化的部分凝血酶时间(APTT)、凝血酶原时间(PT)水平均有所升高,而纤维蛋白原(FIB)水平较治疗前下降(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后APTT、PT水平高于对照组患者,FIB水平低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);与治疗前比较,对照组患者治疗后血浆黏度、血小板聚集、全血黏度水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者治疗后血浆黏度、血小板聚集、全血黏度水平较治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后血浆黏度、血小板聚集、全血黏度水平较对照组患者治疗后降低(P<0.05);两组患者均未发生严重的不良反应。结论瑞舒伐他汀治疗老年冠心病患者,可显著改善患者血流变学、凝血功能,且安全有效,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the influence of rosuvastatin on hemorheology and coagulation function in elderly patients with coronary heart disease(CHD). Methods The patients(n=102) were chosen from Department of Pharmacy of People’s Hospital of Dazhu County in Sichuan Province from Jan. 2016 to Oct. 2017, and then they were divided, according to their hospitalization time sequence, into control group and observation group(each n=51). The control group was given routine therapies, and observation group was additionally given rosuvastatin. The status of hemorheology, coagulation function and adverse reactions were observed and compared in 2 groups after treatment. Results After treatment, the levels of activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT) and prothrombin time(PT) increased, and level of fibrinogen(FIB) decreased in 2 groups(P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of APTT and PT were higher, and FIB level was lower in observation group than those in control group(P<0.05). The differences in levels of viscosity, platelet aggregation rate(PAG) and whole blood viscosity(WBV) had no statistical significance in control group after treatment compared with those before treatment(P>0.05), while they had statistical significance in observation group(P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of viscosity, PAG and WBV decreased in observation group compared with control group(P<0.05). There were no severe adverse reactions observed in both groups. Conclusion Rosuvastatin can significantly improve hemorheology and coagulation function in elderly CHD patients, which is worth to be popularized and applied in clinical practice.
