摘要
目的分析替格瑞洛联合阿司匹林在2型糖尿病合并冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病患者介入术后抗血小板治疗中的运用价值。方法选择2017年1月~2019年2月来中国航天科工集团七三一医院接受疾病治疗的2型糖尿病合并冠心病患者102例为研究对象。将其分为两组,每组51例。对照组受试者应用氯吡格雷+阿司匹林治疗疾病,观察组使用替格瑞洛联合阿司匹林治疗疾病,分析结果。结果相较于对照组,观察组受试者治疗后不良反应发生率明显更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,两组受试者的PAgT以及TT指标无明显差别。干预后,与对照组相比,观察组受试者PAgT指标改善情况明显更好,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组患者TT无明显差异,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。和对照组相比,观察组干预后ADP抑制率明显更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对于接受PCI手术治疗的2型糖尿病合并冠心病患者来讲,在为其实施抗血小板治疗过程中,应用替格瑞洛联合阿司匹林治疗能够取得满意成效。此法有助于改善患者机体凝血指标,不良反应发生率低。安全性强、可靠性高。
Objective To analyze the application value of ticagrelor combined with aspirin in anti-platelet therapy after interventional therapy in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with coronary heart disease.Methods 102 patients with type 2 diabetes and coronary heart disease who came to 731 Hospital of China Aerospace Science and Industry Corporation Limited from January 2017 to February 2019 were selected as study subjects.They were divided into 2 groups with 51 patients in each group.Subjects in the control group were treated with clopidogrel plus aspirin,while subjects in the observation group were treated with ticagrelor plus aspirin.Results Compared with the control group,the incidence of adverse reactions after treatment was significantly lower in the observation group(P<0.05).Before intervention,PAgT and TT indexes of subjects in the two groups showed no significant difference(P>0.05).After intervention,compared with the control group,PAgT index improvement of subjects in the observation group was significantly better(P<0.05),TT of patients in the two groups showed no significant difference(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,the inhibitory rate of ADP in the observation group after intervention was significantly higher(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with coronary heart disease who have received PCI,tigrillo combined with aspirin can achieve satisfactory results in antiplatelet therapy.This method is helpful to improve the coagulation indexes of patients with low incidence of side effects.The safety is strong and the reliability is high.
