注浆法加固湿陷性黄土铁路路基应用研究 被引量:7

摘要 运营期间铁路路基出现沉降病害时,通常采用注浆法进行加固.对于湿陷性黄土铁路路基,注浆加固后土体承载能力是否得到提高至关重要.对已经发生病害的某湿陷性黄土铁路路基原状土进行取样试验,然后采用注浆法进行路基加固并对注浆加固后土体取样试验,对比确定注浆加固效果.结果表明,对于密实度和承载能力均较低的既有铁路路基,通过注浆法加固之后,浆液可以填充于地基缝隙中,有效减小地基土的孔隙比,增大地基的密实度,提高承载能力,为湿陷性黄土地区铁路路基加固提供参考. During operation,grouting method is usually used to reinforce the railway roadbed when the subsidence disease occurs. It is very important to improve the bearing capacity of soil after grouting reinforcement for collapsible loess railway roadbed. The undisturbed soil of a collapsible loess railway subgrade which has been damaged is sampled and tested,then the grouting method is used to reinforce the roadbed and the soil sample test is carried out to determine the grouting effect. The results show that,for the existing railway subgrade with low compactness and bearing capacity,slurry can be filled in the cracks of the foundation after reinforcement by grouting method. It can effectively reduce the porosity ratio of foundation soil,increase the compactness of foundation,and improve the bearing capacity. This study can provide reference for railway subgrade reinforcement in collapsible loess region.
