摘要
目的:观察在常规用药基础上加用复方车前健脾利湿止泻散治疗小儿秋季腹泻的效果。方法:选取90例秋季腹泻患儿,随机分为研究组及常规组各45例,2组患儿均采用常规液体疗法纠正电解质紊乱,并服用思密达及布拉氏酵母菌散,研究组加用复方车前健脾利湿止泻散,治疗3天。治疗前后对患儿相关症状的程度进行评价,对比2组呕吐、腹泻及发热等症状的改善时间和大便恢复正常、脱水纠正时间,记录2组患儿的不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,研究组的痊愈率及总有效率分别为46.67%及88.89%,均高于常规组(P<0.05)。2组粪便性质、排便次数、食欲减退、食后腹胀、神疲体倦评分均较治疗前下降,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组各项评分均低于常规组(P<0.05)。研究组呕吐、腹泻、发热的改善时间及大便恢复正常、脱水纠正时间均较常规组缩短(P<0.05)。结论:在常规疗法基础上加用复方车前健脾利湿止泻散对秋季腹泻患儿进行治疗,能够显著提高治疗效果,促进症状改善并缩短症状改善时间,对促进患儿的生长发育恢复正常具有重要意义,且该药物安全性较高。
Objective:To observe the effect of the additional application of compound asiatic plantain Jianpi Lishi Zhixie powder for autumn diarrhea in children on the basis of routine medication. Methods: Divided 90 cases of children with autumn diarrhea randomly into the study group and the routine group,with 45 cases in each group. Children in both groups were given routine liquid therapy to correct electrolyte disorder and took Smecta and B. sphaeroides,and the study group was additionally given compound asiatic plantain Jianpi Lishi Zhixie powder for 3 days. Evaluated the degree of symptoms related to the children before and after treatment,compared the improvement time of the symptoms of vomiting,diarrhea and fever as well as the recovery time of stool back to normal and dehydration correction time in the two groups,and recorded the adverse reactions of the two groups. Results:After treatment,the recovery rate and total effective rate in the study group were 46.67% and 88.89%,respectively,being higher than those in the routine group(P < 0.05). The scores of fecal nature,defecation frequency,loss of appetite,postprandial bloating,and fatigue and weariness of the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P < 0.05). Each score of the study group was lower than that in the routine group(P < 0.05). The improvement time of vomiting,diarrhea and fever and the recovery time of stool back to normal and dehydration correction time in the study group were shorter than those in the routine group(P < 0.05). Conclusion: The additional application of compound asiatic plantain Jianpi Lishi Zhixie powder for autumn diarrhea in children on the basis of routine medication can significantly improve the treatment effect,promote the improvement of symptoms and shorten the time of symptom improvement. With higher drug safety,It has significant importance in promoting the growth and development of children.
