摘要
水通道蛋白作为一种高度水透性的膜蛋白,广泛存在于动、植物的细胞膜上。它不仅对机体的水平衡具有重要的作用,而且临床许多疾病的发生都与它的异常表达密切相关,因此,论文就水通道蛋白在胃肠道中的分布及与胃肠道疾病的关系做一综述,以期为防治胃肠道疾病药物的发展提供参考。
Aquaporins（AQPs）as a high water permeability of membrane protein,exists widely in plant and animal cell membranes.It not only has an important effect on the water balance,but also many clinical diseases are closely related to its abnormal expression.Therefore,in order to provide ideas for drug development of gastrointestinal tract diseases,the distribution of AQPs in the gastrointestinal tract and the relationship with the gastrointestinal tract diseases were reviewed in this article.
