水通道与大肠内液体转运及便秘的关系 被引量:14

摘要 水分吸收是大肠的主要功能之一;大肠黏膜上皮已证实有多种水通道亚型的表达并与大肠内的液体转运相关(包括水分的吸收和黏液的分泌);推测其表达的变化可能参与了便秘的发生发展。
