摘要
目的探讨复方骨肽注射液对胫骨骨折患者足踝功能及骨生长因子的影响。方法选取2017年1月—2019年3月在本院进行治疗的胫骨骨折患者60例,将其随机分为常规组和观察组,每组各30例。常规组患者采用藤黄健骨片治疗,观察组患者采用复方骨肽注射液治疗,观察分析两组患者足踝功能及骨生长因子[骨形态发生蛋白(BMP)、转化生长因子-β(TGF-β)和碱性成纤维细胞因子(bFGF)]状况。结果治疗后,观察组患者踝-后足评分量表(AOFAS)评分显著高于常规组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者BMP、TGF-β、bFGF显著高于常规组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复方骨肽注射液治疗胫骨骨折患者有着良好的疗效,能够有效促进患者的足踝功能恢复,改善骨性生长因子,有利于促进患者骨折愈合。
Objective To investigate the effect of compound bone peptide injection on athlete’s foot function and bone growth factor in patients with tibiofibular fracture.Methods Sixty patients with tibiofibular fractures who were treated in our hospital from January to September 2019 were enrolled.The patients were divided into control group and observation group according to the grouping method of random number table method,30 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with Fujitake Jiangu tablets.Patients in the observation group were treated with compound bone peptide injection.The ankle function and bone growth factor [Bone morphogenetic protein(BMP) and transforming growth factor-β(TGF) were observed and analyzed in the two groups. and basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF)] status.Results After treatment,the score of(AOFAS) in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the patients in the observation group had significant BMP,TGF-β and bFGF.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compound bone peptide injection for the treatment of patients with tibiofibular fracture can effectively promote the recovery of athlete’s foot and ankle function,and also improve the bone growth factor,which is beneficial to promote fracture healing.
