摘要
目的探讨注射用复方骨肽在治疗桡骨远端骨折中的临床疗效。方法将门诊120例新鲜闭合性桡骨远端骨折病人,经手法复位小夹板外固定术后,随机分为三组,第一组为对照组,只行局部热敷,未用任何药物,第二组为独圣活血片治疗组,第三组为注射用复方骨肽联合独圣活血片治疗组,每组各40例,分别记录骨折愈合时间,功能恢复情况。结果治疗组的患者肿痛消失时间和骨折临床愈合时间都较对照组提前,且治疗组中注射用复方骨肽联合独圣活血片治疗比单独用独圣活血片治疗效果更好,有显著性差异(P<0.01)。治疗组中两组的总有效率也具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论注射用复方骨肽在治疗桡骨远端骨折前期愈合中,能显著缩短骨折愈合时间,促进功能恢复,值得临床推广应用。
[ Objective ] To investigate the clinical effect of compound Ossotide for injection in the treatment of fractures of the distal radius. The treatment group in the two groups the total efficiency also has significant differences （P〈0.05）. [ Conclusion ] Compound Ossotide for injection in the treatment of distal radius fracture healing in the early, can significantly shorten the healing time, promote functional recovery, worthy of clinical application
