摘要
研究设计了一种简单、高效和准确的电缆检测仪。电缆检测仪利用电缆自身接线关系,借助单片机、电子开关、上拉电阻、电源、被测电缆构建完整供电回路。单片机控制电子开关的闭合,当某点的电子开关断开时,由于上拉电阻的原因,该点以及与该点连接的点的电压为高(5V);当某点的电子开关闭合时,该点以及与该点连接的点的电压为低(0V)。单片机依次控制各点的电子开关闭合,并分别读取所有检测点的电压状态,形成检测矩阵。检测矩阵与预置的真值表对比,从而判断被测电缆的接线关系是否正确。该设备能够快速、全面地实现电缆的检测,且能实现故障点的快速定位。
A simple, efficient and accurate cable tester was researched and designed. The cable tester is a device that bases on the internal wiring relationship of the cable and built the complete power supply loop by the MCU, electronic switch, pull-up resistance, power and the tested cable. The MCU controlled the closure of electronic switch. When the electronic switch at a certain point was closed, the voltage of this point was high (5 V) and when the electronic switch at this point was closed, the voltage of this point was low (0 V), due to the pull-up resistance. The MCU controlled the state of each electronic switch, readied the voltage state of all detection points, and formed the detection matrix. Through comparison between the detection matrix with the prefabricated truth table, judged it was right or wrong of the relationship of the tested cable. The equipment can quickly and comprehensively detect the cable and can quickly locate the failure point.
