摘要
研究设计了一种简单、高效和准确的装甲车用操控装置测试仪。该设备是根据操控装置与车载电气设备的接线关系,通过构建操控装置工作回路,模拟操控装置所控制车载电气设备,并借助LED指示灯来测试操控装置内部接线关系。该设备能够快速、全面地实现操控装置的测试,且能实现故障点的快速定位。
The purpose of the paper is to provide a simple, efficient and accurate test equipment for control device. The control device tester is a device that bases on the internal wiring relationship of the control device and the electrical equip- ment, constructs the control device working circuil, simulates the vehicle electrical equipment controlled by the control de- vice and tests the internal wiring of the control device by the LED indicators. The control device tester can quickly and com- prehensively achieve the control device test and rapid fault location.
